you can't work too many programs with linux…linux is harder to use and you probably need to have some programming skills in order to use linux… windows 2000 is more user friendly, idiot proof, anybody who can point and click can use windows
cant say exactly. get linux to try. its free!! and if you dont like it i hear its easy to delete from your computer and you can run it side by side with windows or mac.
Many of the linux flavours are coming up with GUI. So, linux also user friendly OS. Once you get some basic knowledge about linux, it is very useful and powerfull OS and very echonomical for your business comparing with Windows. Also uptime, performance and flexibility are very good in linux. If you want to have your own mail or web server, linux is the cheapest one.
