i can understands anyone’s argument for xp vs 7, i personally have 7, ive had the release canidate for a while now, i personally think windows 7 is way better, those of you who love vista’s components and extra things and love the speed and compatibility for gaming and such with xp, THIS IS THE OS FOR YOU! its basically an improved version of vista, you get a cool new layout with new features, INCLUDING: all the old features from vista and xp! its a no-brainer!

Guys there is nothing wrong with Vista, it was just a poor release because the drivers etc were lacking, after SP1 it is better for most people than XP, notably with better frame rates in games etc. Dont forget Win7 is basically the same framework as Vista

well, there’s also the fact that consumer pc market moved on to laptops right around the time vista came out. And vista burns through memory/processing power like there’s no tomorrow… Any consumer OS that can’t run on netbook specs is seriously screwed.
There’s also the fact that MS more or less shoves vista down the throat of the consumers, and they do it quite willingly…

Haha! That made me laugh, Because Windows 7’s Themes are based on vista, And Linux.
The stability is based on Windows 98/2000.
But Windows 7 Has the Drivers it needs to run modern things, Like Crysis. Or something alongs the lines.
Vista was just a joke. I think all the Programmers were drunk.
