Loading ...All of my explorer and other windows are scrolling up and down, side to side by themselves! What is this?!?

I’ve tried multiple spyware/adware/virus removal programs, even re-installed XP. Nothing helps. The browsers have developed a mind of they’re own. Everything that slaves to Explorer including mozilla, my music library, folders, etc. Its crazy.

Make sure your keys on your keyboard are not pressed down. Also it might be your hardware. Or your computer might be old. Also try re-installing all of your browsers.

ur computer may be posses or maybe its ur mouse u may be in an uneven surface

Try a new mouse. If is is not alrady USB, Consider trying one.
A new mouse and keyboard would not completely rule out hardware as the equipment the input devices are connected to could be malfuctioning.
After reinstalling a different keyboard and mouse try to reinstall the drivers. Your computer (or motherboard) should have come with drivers. use them or download from a friend the updated ones and install.
