Graphics Card upgrade?

I have a Acer Aspire T650 desktop PC and i'm looking to upgrade my current graphics card. I'm not very good with PCs other than gaming and i know (and want) to upgrade my graphics card because it's just poor. The current driver for my card says it's Geforce 7300 SE/7200 GS, so i assume that's my graphics card? I was looking at the GeForce 9600 GT is that suitable for my PC or can you recommend another? Also do i need to upgrade my RAM? I took down as much detail as i could find on the product page i found. Any help is much appreciated.

Scripting with a Windows CE 5.0 device?

I am writing a script for configuring a mobile device that has Windows CE 5.0 on it.

1) What scripting language(s) does Windows CE 5.0 support that I can use for this task.

2) If Windows CE 5.0 doesn't support any scripting languages, what should I install onto the device to allow scripting and where I can find it (my preferences are VBScript and JScript)

Has anyone taken MCTS exam 70-571 ? Can you please describe the test format and question types ?

I am thinking of taking the MCTS exam 70-571: Windows Embedded CE. But there is no official practice test available as of now.
So if anyone has taken the exam or has info on the same, could you please tell me the format and type of questions asked. Is it like the new MCP exam ?

Thanks.
