How to delete a windows installation without formatting a partition ?

I have two Windows OS installed on two drives of my PC (one on C drive and another on D drive). Both are Windows XP. I want to delete one OS without formatting the respective drive. What is the best way to do that without loosing any data except the data used by the OS ?

I have Windows ME as my operating system on my computer. Because of that, I can't download the new Adobe Flash Player 10. I can only have Adobe Flash Player 9. I want to play on a free online tone matrix, but all the ones I find need Adobe Flash Player 10. Is there any free online tone matrix that I can play on my computer?
How do I open two windows with two different email accounts?
Up until last week, I was able to have two windows open, and able to log onto each of my yahoo accounts. Last week, it seemed to change. Now if I am logged onto my mail account and then open another window for my business account, it will only let me have one email account open – the same on both windows. How can I get it back to how it used to be? Thanks!!!
