i am using Norton Antivirus 2003. for past two days it is not even opening and not able to uninstall also. Immediately after clicking the icon, it closes automatically and even its properties also not opens.

i had tried other antiviruses to install such as Norton Antivirus 2005, AVG, AVguard,..
but instalation also not even progress,..
My system details-Windows-XP, 128mb RAM,..
what to do ? please give me solutions.,.

need help explorer won’t play any radio site so i need to uninstall or repair but ie 6 is built in to win xp when i installed windows i know ie 5 has a repair option but i don’t know about ie6 i used msn explorer and the radio work great but like ie6 better help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! need music!!!!!!!!

Internet Explorer 7 rc1 has broken several other programs on my machine [MusicMatch, CdBurner XP Pro, etc] so I want to go back to I.E. 6. Uninstalling via the Add/Remove Programs Applet “appears” to work but I.E. 6 cannot be installed afterwards. The error says a newer version is already installed.

Microsoft’s release notes do not cover manually removal for allowing installation of ver 6

How’s it done?

I accidentally installed a feature called DIRECT CD. My guess is that it might be a kind of driver that came as part of the Roxio Easy Media Creator I recently installed. The Windows XP (as well as all cd/dvd burning software) runs just fine and simply ignores the DIRECT CD feature. Everytime I boot up the laptop a minor warning message appears as “DIRECT CD is not compatible with Windows XP and shall not be loaded.” So, even though it’s ignored, is there a way to uninstall this? {It’s not found anywhere in the Add or Remove Programs Window.}

How can I uninstall windows vista beta 2 and reinstall xp?
