How do I download a video clip from a pop-up window when there’s no “save as” option after right clicking?

I’m using Win XP Home Edition, and have tried in both IE and Firefox. It’s happened at a few sites, always when there’s a Javascript that causes a pop-up window to appear to let me view the file. I have GetRight, but I’m not sure how to set it up to make it download the clip that I want. Windows startup?
I have a folder that opens ever time I Startup my computer. How do I prevent it from opeining evertime I restart? I am running Win XP.

Windows update directory?
I need to reinstal my Win XP. I have bad pay per download internet link I cant download all updates again. Do you know can I use updates allready downloaded? If I can, where it is in Windows directory and how I can do it? Thanks

How do I create an image backup of a fresh windows install?
Just re-formatted and installed Win XP along with “essential” programs. I want to make an image copy at this state so I can simplify and speed-up the process if I ever need to do this again.
Any other programs available besides Norton/Symantec Ghost?
