High-Priority Windows XP Update (KB913446)?

Could someone please tell me what High-priority security update for Windows XP KB913446 is? And after it downloads why is it failing to install?

Thanks! :)
Yaelkole ~ I had 5 critical updates to install and the one in question that failed was the 2nd on the list. Hmmmm I’m now wondering if I should of had 6 also like you had?
Yaelkole & Jibberjabber ~ do what Debbie T suggested. I just followed the link she provided and it downloaded, well I pressume it downloaded, it said in order for the update to fully install, I needed to reboot, and I did. Now the only thing puzzleing me now is when I look in my security download history is doesn’t show it installed ~ its still saying it failed? I dunno? Any idea why that is?

Are there networking limitations with running Apache on Windows XP Professional?

For the sake of this question, let’s assume that I’m stuck using a Windows box as a web server, but am running Apache 2 as my server software (not IIS). Are there built-in networking limitations of Windows XP that will limit the number of Apache connections I can support?

Long question short, is there really a difference running Apache on Windows XP Pro vs. Windows 200x Server — with ‘concurrent connections’ being the main concern? Does Windows XP have built-in network-related limitations that would make running Apache on it a poor choice (over other Windows operating systems only)?

No need to throw in Linux or OS X comments here. I already fully agree that those platforms can be better servers. I’m actually a Mac and open-source advocate myself.
My main question, I guess, is whether or not Windows XP is ‘throttled down’, network-wise, versus Windows Server. Could, for example, Windows XP handle 50 concurrent users logged on to my web site, running, let’s say, 5 pages per second at max (given that my hardware is adequate)? Or would Windows XP balk after too many network connections? I understand that Apache won’t balk.

Why is my computer erratically losing connection with my wireless router, it works with my 2nd computer?

The connection repair option on Windows XP sometimes works, sometimes not. My router is Linksys, about 2 years old. I have run all of my anti-virus, anti spyware/adware, ClamWin and Norton… I have run defrag and diskchk. I have rebooted several times. The connection to the router ranges from 54mbs, down to 5mbs. The signal quality ranges from excellent down to very low. And the status is connected or not. I have not been able to isolate the specific problem as to hardware feature or software feature. Unless someone can provide an answer, a clue or a new direction, I will go with the the wireless network card, about 2 years old. I have verified that the card and conections are not loose. All help greatly appreciated!
